Ordering from Outrageous Design...
Placing an order on the Outrageous Design Website is easy and you can pay securely with credit or debit cards or by using PayPal, or by placing your order by email, or through our telephone order line. You can also pay by Cheque or Postal Order

Online Ordering...
To order online, simply find the product you would like to buy, adjust any details like sizing and colour to your preference then simply click the 'Add to Basket' button. Your order will then be added to your virtual 'Shopping Basket' where at you can choose to continue shopping by selecting another product, change the number of items you require or you can just 'Checkout' and pay for your goods.

By Telephone...
Our phone lines are open 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday, an answer phone is available at all other times. Tel: +44 (0) 1502 722535 or you can even Fax your order to: +44 (0) 1502 725155. We are now able to process credit card payments for telephone orders.

By Mail...
To order by mail, simply use the online order facility to place items into your 'Shopping Basket' to create an order form to print out. If you prefer not to use our online PayPal payment option, you can fill in all your details as if you were about to place an online order (you will even be able to fill in your credit card information if you wish to pay that way) - but DO NOT press the "Place Order" button at the end. Instead, all you need to do is click the Print Button in the top right corner (of the Credit/Debit Card Checkout) and this will create a printed order form for you to post to us with your Cheque, Postal Order or Credit/Debit Card details. We prefer not to accept cash for items, however if this is the only method of payment you have, please ensure that it is sent by REGISTERED mail in a secure envelope. Mail orders can be posted to:

Delivery...
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. In the event of any items being out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible ( generally within 24 hours) of any delay. For custom pocketing or individually made items we will advise you of the approximate delivery date when your order is received.

VAT...
The majority of our prices include VAT or the cost of pocketing and a free Softie. Prices for Bras that are supplied pre - pocketed are shown exclusive of VAT. If you do not provide us with an exemption form VAT will be added to your purchase. VAT is not charged on post-mastectomy goods when sold for your personal use, provided that you sign and return to us the VAT Concession Form. This Form needs only to be completed with your first order, as this will then be kept on record.
